HOW TO BOOK YOUR HURTIGRUTEN VOYAGE
Welcome to Coastal Cruises - we are here to help you book your Hurtigruten voyage. Follow this guide to help you decide on your ideal Hurtigruten Voyage.
It is a good idea to print out a Hurtigruten Voyage Route Map which will show you the full route that the ships take on the voyages. All the ships take this same route from Bergen to Kirkenes calling in all of the ports northbound and then from Kirkenes back to Bergen, again calling at all ports en-route. Those ports that are visited during the night on the North-bound Voyage will be visited during the day on the South-bound Voyage.
Throughout the year (with the exception of some winter dates) a different ship leaves Bergen each day to complete the Full Round Voyage. We have charts showing which ship leaves Bergen on which date and these can be found by clicking on : Bergen Departures . Step 1 : Find your perfect Hurtigruten cruise
The Classic Norway Voyages offer maximum flexibility, with voyage prices shown separately from land and flight arrangements. Some of the Northern Lights voyages also include land arrangements and flights.

Step 2 : Add additional land arrangements
Depending on your chosen holiday you have the option to add extensions and / or extra nights. For the Norwegian Voyages please refer to voyage extensions details and prices.
Step 3 : Add a flight package
If you choose to book our flight package your airport transfers are also included in the price. Remember you also have the option to book your own flights. For the Classic Norway Voyages we are able to offer flight packages from 18 airports throughout UK and Ireland, see the individual voyage pages for details and prices. Step 4 : Shore excursions
Whether it is during your voyage or in one of the resorts/cities you stay at, there is a wide range of excursions available including relaxing boat trips, fascinating city sightseeing, bird watching tours and interesting walks. Step 5 : Insurance
It is essential that you have adequate travel insurance for your journey. You should also ensure that your insurance will cover you for any of the activities that you may wish to partake in during the voyage.
